• If the Chinese government denies a visa or Yatra permit, an administrative fee will be deducted from the refund.
• Pilgrims should schedule their return flights with a 1-2 day buffer after the Yatra concludes. Any additional stay in Kathmandu during this period will be at the pilgrim’s own expense.

Due to unpredictable weather conditions between Nepalgunj – Simikot – Hilsa, only one night of extra accommodation will be provided in case of delays. Any additional stays beyond this will be at the traveler’s own expense.

2. Booking a Trip

• A valid passport with at least 6 months of validity is required.
• You must submit a clear scanned copy of a passport-size color photo.
• Original passport must be submitted 5 to 7 days before departure for group visa processing.
• A 40% advance payment of the total trip cost is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining 100% payment must be made before departure, as per instructions from our team.
